confidence 5 day challenge

Have you ever been in a situation where you had a deliver a presentation and you were so nervous because you wanted to create a first great impression? Maybe you wanted an A in the grad course you were enrolled in. Or perhaps you wanted to impress your boss with your presentation so that you could get a promotion. But you got nervous and it showed throughout your presentation, and you botched it.

Or maybe you have a dream which you are not pursuing because you are too scared, or you do not believe that you can succeed. You might be afraid of people laughing at your dream, or failing, or just being afraid because you don’t know how to get started.

If you can relate to any of this, what you are suffering from is a lack of confidence.

You are not alone. 85% of the world’s population are affected by low self-esteem and lack of confidence.

So how can you master confidence and not hold back on your dreams?

Did you know that confidence starts and ends in your mind?

Did you know there are things you can do before you get out of bed each morning that will increase your confidence level and help you to succeed? Well, that is where confidence starts.

You can get all you need before your feet hit the floor in the morning.

Take a moment right now to think about the most confident person you know. Pick a person who just exudes all the confidence you wish you had. Now that you have that person in your mind, think about the things that person does that make you think of confidence. Is it how the person stands? Is it how the person dresses? Is it how the person talks?

What does that person have that you wish you had? Now picture yourself as that person. Imagine how things would change in your personal and professional life if you had more confidence? Do you want to be that confident person? Imagine how your life would be if when people talked about confidence, and a confident person they admired your face was the face they pictured. This is possible.

  1. This confidence building challenge sounds interesting. Starting small is a good idea. Everyone just needs that small boost of confidence to get started.

  2. It’s hard to believe that 85% of the world’s population suffers from lack of self confidence. The most confident person I know always sounds so sure of what they are saying.

  3. I think a lot of the issues we have in the world are because people lack self esteem. If everyone had confidence I think there would be more positive in the world.
